Thanks everyone for checking out my bacon. I keep an eye on this thread as much as I can, I use to hunt Granger every chance I got. I've been hunting out there since 1999 and I really enjoy going out there. Good luck to the rest of you and go get'em before it gets to hot.

Well I put the smaller hog on the smoker around noon should be done just in time for dinner.
