Nothing in the Bag

Hunted today, from 8:30 to 3:30. Started at gate 6 and worked my way to gate 7. Kicked up one at checkpoint A on the photo, right along the old north-south road under the trees. Kicked up a pair vicinity checkpoint B. out of a tall patch of grass. They all saw me before I saw them, and were thus moving at Nike speed, so no shots taken. Saw a monster 10 point at checkpoint C

I'll be out in the morning, kicked up a few by the white bass steps, or I guess yall call it the spot, no shots but I did see about 100 squirrels, so tomorrow morn myself and pig addiction gonna go blast a bunch for gumbo...lots of pecans on the ground over there now...crunchy.
