decided to post up under a pecan tree for the last hour of daylight, a group of about 10 or so crossed the field next to me. that was private land. then just when there was enough light to shoot a lone pig came in. looked to be no bigger than 120 or so. she came within 30 yards and spotted me, came about 10 yards closer and stopped. broadside, couldn't of asked for a better chance at that pig. took a shot and hit high. she turned and ran the opposite direction with my lumenock arrow stuck in her. followed a blood trail about 40 yards and lost it, got to dark to see after that.

I saw 3 no shots. Sneaky saw a couple running and Issac saw a large group when he got there before meeting us. No shots

I walked back to willis creek to try to find some whites, ended up catching about a 3 pound largemouth that I just ate....usually there is no pig sign back in there...well let me tell u that holy crap I saw a ton of tracks and rooting back into willis...closer to the park area..but still a hunting area..tomorrow eve around 4, myself and pig addict are hitting willis the hogs are there...anyone want to come with us is welcome.

Willis creek the actual creek that runs west towards the bridge and the bohac place by the cattle guard dip...we gonna park by checkstation and walk back that way along creek...
