Cecil has some of the best hot wild hog breakfast sausage I've ever eat-n! He told me once a few years ago he was ready to get out of the processing business. He spent 30 years with Kroger before he retired from there. And only did processing after that till he and his now ex started buying homes. He's got a bunch of rental properties now. I had never used a processor till 1997. Had two deer to get done. So I left one with him and took the other home. He didn't charge for grinding. It was part of basic processing for as long as I've known him. but dose charge if you add anything to the grind. He doesn't answer the phone much any more.
I drove by there Sunday evening. And his truck was there.
