Official 2014 SHNF Contest

Ok Bow season is over and here is where we are thus far:

Team 1:Bow Assassins = 175
Team 2:Pass Thru Crew = 112.5
Team 3: Apex Predators = 175
Team 4: Fairchase Natives = 125

This thing is neck and neck! Still a lot of season left, good luck!

Fair Chase Natives adds more points to the board. Nope not the biggest buck In the world but I bet it would win the deer down in under 3 minutes contested. This little spike came in on my left, I watched him coming in from 70 yards out. I waited patiently while he circled all the way around and under me then came out behind me on my right walking away. I had to make a very quite 360 in my stand all the while he was 25 yards from me. I let him get clear drew my bow and grunted. I was hoping the grunt would turn him but he only stopped and looked back. He was still only slightly quartering but I knew the shot would take him so I let the arrow fly. He circled went maybe 30 yards and fell 10 yards from my stand and was down n out in under 3 mins. double lung you have to love archery days like that.
