He came across the fence from the NF along with several others. I hunt private property that borders the Nf. Killed him not 60yrds from ol' Davy. They are tearing up those white oak acorns right now.

That's an awesome buck!! Ive always wanted to hunt the national forest but don't have the time right now since I am in School. For those of you that have success in the forest how many hours scouting do you put in each year before season and during the season actually hunting?

Congrats on the DCNF deer. Ya'll need to stop posting them. Gives me the itch to start hunting that place again.
