I like the thought of a better preference point system that would help ensure those with multiple points get drawn. Hopefully the free pass for a doe or 2 pigs stays.

With the point system it almost allows you to get drawn every 4-5 years instead of 8-9 years. I think they should allow you to decline and still get a point and get drawn the following year even if it is only a 1 time pass.
