Well looks like it is my sons year we just got back from his youth alligator hunt at JD Murphree and this morning I got the email he was drawn for the youth only management hunt at elephant mountain

Drew Youth San Angelo Antlerless/Spike at end of October. Booked a cabin already, and from reviews it looks like a pretty good hunt. Can't wait!!!!

LANWR and LRGVNWR general deer still shows "application recieved" for me.

Now "pending 2nd draw" on both. When is the permit deadline on these?

Agree for most they're meaningless since it's just a raffle, but with 26 points cubed that's 17,576 raffle tickets so probably not so meaningless with a bundle like that. Congrats!

Anyone ever duck hunted there? It's for Squirel, Waterfowl and Rabbits but I plan to just focus on Duck hunting. Kind of a cool draw because it's essentially almost all of December. 1st-24th.

I drew multi-species back when you could duck and deer hunt. I setup to deer hunt but ended up spending time shooting wood ducks and a pintail. Great flooded timber hunt. Saw a doe but didn’t shoot a deer.
