Noticed a few posts back you were asking about a 110 welder. I've got a real small one, 70 amp, that is ok for smaller work. If it fits your needs I can bring it, rods, and helmet by the SC.

Forgot who was looking for squirels, but check your back yard! I manage to trap enough for a good meal once every two or three months. I don't mess with the ones in the front yard and the oak tree, but the fruit trees in my back yard are off limits to them. I'd like to shoot them, but city limits being city limits ....... trapping works good.

Time to invest in one of those new hotter pellet guns... lots out there that shoot .22 cal @ 950ish fps...

pellet gun + squirrels + cold adult beverage = good time, and not bad eating with a little hot oil...

I agree, I just got back from south texas on a hog hunt that turned mostly into a rabbit hunt. Had more fun than you can imagine whacking cottontails with a 22. 22s are just plain fun and cheap to shoot.

Glad to see somebody's keeping the thread alive. I hadn't been doing crap. Hips been givin me problems big time, so just been layin around the house hoping rest and George Dickle #12 would make it better. Rest didn't do much. The Dickle works temporarily. Finally gave up and went to the Doc yesterday. He asked me if the cortisone shot he gave me 8 months ago worked. I told him for 2 days. He gave me a prescription for Prednisone. Seems to be working. Got my weeds mowed with no problem. Ain't giving up on the Dickle though. Man that's good stuff. Kind of a toss up between it and Gentleman Jack.

Getting the urge to kill something. Guess I need to go out and scout around for some piggy action.

Hey Ed I would have told him the shot worked 8 months ago but not now. Doctors forget about being human. The VA is sending me to Dallas now for a specialist. So once a year I get paid travle pay to drive to Dallas to see my doctor.
I built a new stand that I want to get out in area 11 I just have not had the energy or time to do it.
After all of the cr** that happened last year I gave up guiding and I am sticking with unguided.
