Some of the State Guard support personnel moving from SA over to Houston this morning. Angie don't expect to be relieved for at least a week. Said she is seeing quite a few flood refugees coming thru San Antonio and hundreds of first responders coming in to help the folks on the coast. Military personnel are staged in Freeman Coliseum right now.
