Brute those are some good looking sets, I bet it won’t be long before they produce!

Sharkhunter got quiet on us, he must be too busy dragging off dead coyotes to post!

Lol I wish! I ended up with one big male and an extremely large feral incidental. Until the yotes start dispersing this winter I have slime pickings right now. Went two weeks without even seeing a coyote track. I did take on a 500acre place right up the road that should be loaded with coyotes and bobcats. I pulled all my sets can’t catch what’s not there. Work was getting crazy anyway. Can hardly wait for this winter.

Because of the drought I ran into several stump-tails. Stepped right on top of one. I hate snakes !

I’m sure you’ll do extremely well. Love those big long springs ! Those sets look great! Now the wait.

The Wolf Fang and the wood was still there so I set on it.
Used Violator 7 previously and put Fox Frenzy this time.
                Same old female, I'm sure.
Moved the trap back a ways and reset.

Tracks on this set this morning. No catch, but no did, either.
Caught one 'coon. No coyotes. Had a deer snap and a run-over.
Guy that has cows on the place tipped a trap out of the bed when he ran over the end of the spring.
No damage. Just screwed it back into the ground.

Looks like your getting some action. Shouldn’t be long !

Had a bobcat (I think; would be big for a house cat) sit on and ponder this set.
Locklear's Boss Dog & coyote urine.

Had sniff & pass on two adjacent sets. A dirthole with Gravedigger bait, Reuwsaat's cat gland lure with a coyote dropping moistened wth coyote urine.
Other one was a flat set tith Dunlap's "Hostile" predator gland (F&T freebie) with a little red fox urine.

I had a couple #2s still unused, so I made a sort-of Mafia set with one tail joint from a hog carcass nearby.
                            Circled thing is the bone.
I also found a snapped trap from after I checked this morning.
I hadn't set the pan tension correctly.
There were coyote tracks nearby, too, so I moved the trap a little. Didn't add any new lures.

                              Caught 2 more coons.
The trap I moved yesterday was visited by a pup, that slid his ****ed foot under a dirt clod I placed as a stepping guide.
(Forgot my phone, so no pic of the first coon or the side step.)
I'm having lots of hog flip-outs on those sets behind my brother's house, so I'm going to pull them and set somewhere else.
                              Also had one ran over.

Brute those non targets are a pain, but there’s something about my traps getting run over that makes my blood boil!
