Last place I’m leaving a cell cam is public land lol. I agree though. I think I’ll try one in two different spots. One upwind of where I think some may be living now, and one camera to bake through the season near their suspected bedding area during season.

I like how both bucks took turns rubbing their face on the vine. Awesome thread!

                      Classic pinch point.

Do you hunt the spot also?

Oh yea. This pinch is where I killed “new kid on the block in 18’. It’s an absolute must for a N wind And I won’t hunt it until November (or haven’t in the past). So far no mature bucks... but I honestly don’t expect one off this property this season. But ya never know when the velvet is off. I have 2 that will be 7.5 that I plan on putting my efforts into if I can relocate them. And they ain’t at “the cottonmouth “

It is a classic pinch point.

                          Green is plot
                          Red is mock scrape
Yellow is stand( little closer than I marked ... 18 yards)
Blue are common trails through plot
                          Orange is known doe bedding

The surrounding of the plot is so thick they can’t access except where I allow them ( fence manipulation, and gate open). Really only 4 ways in or out, but they always end up at that gate... which is why that scrape is so active

Look up whitetail habitat solutions on YouTube. He has a bunch of videos about mock scrapes.
