Well, looks like I wasn't in the right spot this morning. It was just me, a gray squirrel and old man winter. Coldest morning I've had in quite some time. All in all it was still a good weekend to be out in God's creation.



Trying to get back up the weekend of New Years. We will see.

How did everyone do this weekend?

booner, looks like we are in the same area but I think you have a little more of the hill tops than I do. All of our place is at the foot of the hills.
Was a slow weekend for our group, thought I was gonna freeze this morning. None of us saw a thing this morning, guess it was too cold for the deer too. A little movement Saturday. Deer sure seem to be jumpy right now. Had an old doe that would run for cover every time a gust picked up Sat pm. After she ran the second time, she didn't come back, only the young doe did.

Was going to go this week but the wife is sick. Going to try to head up the week of New Years for a day or two if the weather cooperates.

I've had a good year but I really want a 125"+ for the wall. We've got several big ones to choose from, they just have to cooperate.

I'm very happy with my Hoyt Rampage XT but a buddy just one this in an online raffle and said I can have it for $500.
