Both are trophy animals in my book! Depending on the size acreage I would probably be after his running buddy and get a young hunter, wife or guest on the spike. He is mature and needs to go! Good luck!

This is a 300 acre bow only lease with only 3 hunters allowed. If I can get that spike on a pattern I'm sure I could get a young bowhunter to take him. I've had the lease for 3 years and I've never even had a pic of him before! And I think he's been there about 4X that long!!! He might be a little tough to pattern.

Yea, that is no young spike. That is pretty rare to see. I would be doing anything I could, whether that means you or a young hunter, to get him out of the herd.
