    how many yotes do you have to remove off your place in order to make a dent in the population? We shot 9 last hunting season and 6 the year before. It's about 2,300 acres.

      If you have a net wire fence, snares are the way to go

        We've had really good luck on our place if you have field fence (net wire). Coyotes are smart, but with a net wire fence the snare is super easy to blend in.

            If you give this a try, make sure your fence holes are small enough to be varmint or at worst pig holes so you don't accidentally snare a deer. Snares don't discriminate

              We have been using snares for the last 8 years and have been hammering the furry critters. I would like to have kept count over the years. Great way to keep things in check. This was the last set I ran in April. Lines were set in the AM on Saturday and picked up on Sunday AM.

              3200 acres of fence-we have somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 snares holes. Looking forward to some more catching this fall!
