"Sec. 142.0021. OWNERSHIP OF EXOTIC WILDLIFE AND FOWL. A person may claim to be the owner of exotic livestock or exotic fowl under this chapter only if the animal is tagged, branded, banded, or marked in another conspicuous manner that can be read or identified from a long distance and that identifies the animal as being the property of the claimant.
    Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 203, Sec. 2, eff. Sept. 1, 1993."

No tag/brand, he's fair game. Shoot him and hang him on the wall.

Just something to think about if anyone is in that situation.
Did you recently lose an Ibex by any chance??

Siberian Ibex check with game warden before you shoot it cause i believe that is one of the animals on the list with the scymitar horned oryx where you have to have a special permit to kill them but that might be just to sell hunts on them

Yes, that's an Ibex for sure.
Not true ! I shot a red stag when I was 14 behind my grandparents house and the game warden told us as long as there was no tag there was no problem.

I'd definitely shoot it if it walked by my blind.

In oklahoma you are clear to shoot it. Where abouts are you if a ranch is nearby the kind thing would be to let them know you saw it. More than likely they will say shoot it.
