I'm curious what broadhead you are using. Some fly better than others. Also, are your broadheads arrows matching up well. Spin the broadhead on your finger like a top. If you feel much wobble, all of that adjusting on your bow was for nothing because it will not fly well. If it is smooth, then that is not the issue. Just thought I would share since no one else mentioned it. Good luck.

#1 make bh & fp hit same place ( probably not where you are aiming).

you didn't give all of your setup numbers but i would suspect weak spine as well, most charts were made when bows were slower than todays bows.
if nothing else helps try backing limb bolts out a turn or two, see if this helps.
