Like they said, you could be torquing your bow. It doesn't take much movement to have a wild shot placement from further distances. Try shooting with your fingers extended. That's the way I shoot. That way during your realese you don't have a strong grip on your bow.

Your left and right probably mean the sight isn't level. The low only means you need to move the 40yd pin.
If your groups are acceptable, you probably don't have a big problem.
With a bow less is usually best.
Watch your level.
I have a draw board and a press, and I'd be happy to tune it for you and get it perfect. May could even get your form fixed (if it's not right), but I'm a good hour and a half from Tyler.
I was doing this. Have finally learned to easy up on the grip. For the most part only my index finger and thumb touch the handle to help balance the bow.
It also helped getting a site with a balance bubble.

My Sword Sabre Sight has a balance bubble. I hardly look at it. I busted my left thumb Thursday at work. I haven't shot much this last week '
if your consistently low and to the left then you are probably getting arrow drift. I spent many years wasting my time chasing "torque" only to figure out on a walk back that my rest was off the whole time.
Trust me go the tuning route and then re-shoot you'll be surprised how well it turns out for you. That and your arrow penetration will go up.
