Time to call Specialty Archery & get a Verifier Peep.
Been shooting with one for years.

Have you had someone watch you while you shoot? Maybe a form or anchor point issue? Changing your peep alignment with your eye could certainly cause you have grouping issues.

Vision affects accuracy. Grouping is technique. If you are aiming at the same spot, and form etc is repeatable then group will be ok and improve. Even if you can not see the spot well, the sight picture is the same and should be repeatable. (I know...20/400 with severe astigmatism.) It should not matter what you are aiming at, as long as you are aiming at the same spot. Grouping and flyers is related to technique.
Repeat sight picture is the key to "hitting the X", but repeatable form is key to grouping.

My first thought was to check the arrow spine but after reading a few posts, that probably isn't it. Have you numbered your arrows? It will be easier to determine where the problem lies if you do. Mine are all numbered 1- 12. If the same arrows are off every time, then it's an arrow problem. Also I shoot them in order, so I know if I made a bad shot, not to count that arrow. If it is different arrows every time, then it could be your vision or form.

Having your vision checked would be a logical next step. I have always been strongly right eye dominate. I have astigmatism and I am near sighted. This year, in my mid-40s, my left eye has become much stronger. So much so, I no longer need a lens for the left eye. Now it wants to become the dominant eye too. I added a blinder last week to block the left eye so I can shoot with both eyes open. It has made a big dfference. That is something you can check into while waiting for your eye doc appointment.

          Good luck!

Hijacking just for a min but does the verifer insert into the existing peep or do you have to replace the whole peep?

I feel ya brother. At 49 my vision is not what it used to be and it's worse in low light. Worse yet is being in the sun and the target in the shade. Are the arrows that are off all grouping in the same spot? If you find the answer to the eyes thing let me know.

Drop dead fred- it depends on the peep you have; some do, some don't

are your arrows tuned? if not try tuning them, the same thing happened to my son 4 of them hit right on and the other two would hit at 2 o clock. as soon as I told him to tune them bang they were all in.
I would be happy to help you out as much as I can . PM me if you need too.

                      1) use smaller peep, it will make the fibers clearer.
                      2) use larger dots.
                      3) like Pistol said number arrows.
                      4) If the same arrows are out of the group, first turn the nocks, if it is still out change the nock.
                      5) If these don't help, seek professional help.

I was having a hard time with my pins being blurry more then my target.

I tried glasses but with my anchor I was looking at the rim or where the nose piece attaches to the rim.

Instead of changing my anchor I went with the Verifier in the peep. It cleared up my pins and helped with the target.

I have been in a layoff from shooting for 4 months (tennis I mean bow elbow) I just started shooting again. I'm using my son's bow because it is lighter in weight and poundage. I sure miss my Verifier, but I'm just working on getting my strength and form back.

Good luck with whichever way you go.

I was having a problem seeing the pins. They would just all run together. After shot wasn't real sure which pin I used. I changed to a single Pin HHA sight and love. Started stacking arrows after that. Was able this past season to shoot through all opening to heart shot a doe at 30 yards. I will never go back multiple pins. They are not for everyone though.

i know this is going to seem real silly but make sure you blink through your sequence before the shot breaks. i wear contacts and if i stare to long everything starts getting fuzzy. blinking will moisten your eyes, improve clarity and allow them to re-focus.
