    I’ve had 2 blobs. Is is a better design. Just as tough. Moveable. Buy new sections rather cheaply.

        I built two targets—one is stacked carpet layers, and the other is stuffed with the plastic pallet wrap you see at HD around the pallets of fertilizer, soil, etc. Carpet target is 10+ years old and I have replaced the layers once. The other one is in the garage for shooting when it is raining outside. Can’t begin to estimate how many hundreds/thousands of shots in them. Go to Archery Talk DIY forum and search for layered carpet target build.

          Can't beat quality bag targets for long term use. Just put new covers on them periodically and they'll pretty much last forever. Only foam I'd look at is Matrix at this point. I've had blob targets and was unimpressed. It wasa good way to aggravate my elbow and shoulder pulling arrows though.
