    This may have been answered....
But here is one reason. A while back Pete (founder) let his son come in and run the company. He then took a back seat and allowed his son to bring in more plastic parts etc. to cut down cost. Their profits shot way up, but their customer loyalty declined.
As of recent Pete has come back and one can tell the quality of their bows has increased.

That being said... We have never had an issue working on PSE bows or dealing with warranty. Just my opinion.

PSE got blind sided some years back. At that time all bows had risers poured by outside sources. Well a foundry screwed up and sent PSE a bunch of risers with a fault in the handle of the riser. Instant bashing of PSE.
Pse went to inhouse machining there bows from a single bilt of aluminium and cured that ( all company followed that lead)
PSE has always been a quality bow .

PSE owns more patents on bows than anyone else in the business.

            Amen!
PSE's have always been at the top of my list, I've been using the same NOVA for over eleven years, plenty of dead critters, just recently decided to upgrade to an OMEN, mainly so I can hand my old NOVA down to my son.

I've owned over 20 different bows over the last 3 years from EVERY manufacturer. There is no better hunting bow on the market IMO than a 2007-2008 XForce HF. The Elite Z28, Mathews SBXT, and Dream Season Evo run a very close second. I have an 08 XForce 6 that shoots 353 ibo (measured DL and DW, 5gpp), and had a Dream Season HF that IBO'd at 348. Ive never shot a hunting bow that was more quiet and shock free than either of them.

My stinger has never let me down. The local shop here has no problems working on it. PSE all the way

I'll put my '07 MACH X up against any bow on the market.

I'd like to see your review of the Dream Season Evo (if ya ain't done one already) with several different arrow weights through the chrono. Kinda like you did with the Invasion (IIRC)

I found it top heavy, but for the price, had it felt comfortable holding it, I'd have gone and got one. Not a bad price for the rigged out bow.
I shot the stinger and hated the way it felt and at full draw it was kind of a fight, but 3rd arrow split my first arrow.. but i will keep my Hoyt
