            Did you clean and grease the slide pins? If the caliper doesn't float freely you will have one side worn completely out. And the other side. Usually inboard side still in good shape.

              That thing would look cool on a wall in the shop! Never seen one that bad and I used to work on cars.

                      I once had a small rock get lodged in a caliper and it caused a lot of wear on the outside of the rotor.
                      But not that bad.
                      Definitely wall art.

                                Nah....I'd give it another year lol

                                I've changed a lot of rotors and brake pads but never seen one like that !! Lucky it didn't lock up while she was driving it.
