Man I don't know how much whiskey I could drink on that porch on a rainy fall day, but most would consider it "excessive".....what a cool spot!

Dale, it's only excessive if it's cheap whiskey and the next morning.

"Good whiskey" will never be excessive.

Enjoyed the scenery today. No work day except cleaning fish!
Firing up the cooker and gonna enjoy this porch now.

Started my next addition, 8x16 matching storage shed to keep my gear and some tools in. 2 days in and all the rough framing is done.

What did you decide about the parking?

The cabin and rock look so good, I think that a concrete slab might take away from the awesome rustic look that you have going on. But I could be wrong.

                      Phenomenal job sir!

I kinda felt the same, so I put down a yard of crushed decomposed granite.. I’ve got some flagstone to lay a walkway to the shed with as well.

Love it! You've got a great set up over there. I'm sure it's rewarding to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the quality of work you have done.

Just a few more years and we will have an empty nest!!
