I keep forgetting to take pics. I’ve got about 24” of vine out of the sugar babies and 6” out of the two seedless varieties. I started them from seed thou. They are a little behind. Hoping they catch up. I need them to be flowering at the same time as the sugar babies to insure pollination

I keep forgetting to take pics. Watermelon is slow, but making a little progress.

Cucumbers are dragging the ground. I need to get a trellis rigged up but haven't had time.

What is the reason to grow in a barrel vs. the ground?

No watering, special blend of fertilizer mixed in to the water. Water lasts through the growing season.

No problem . Yall inspired me to get some buckets going again. TAM jalopenos this year. Gonna keep it real simple, unlike the last few years with 3 types of peppers and dwarf okra. I've got enough cayane in the freezer from 3 years ago to last me a lifetime. Still have a truckload of #9 peppers too. But all my japs done been ate up.
