Isn't funny how we do things to fix the house up to sell it and don't get to enjoy. I did the same things when we sold ours and thought I should have done this long ago

We did our own subway tile as well, but we went with a light grey grout. Looks great.

I suggested light gray grout, but the design director wanted white/white.

Looks great. Worst part of doing the work yourself is you know all of the "off" things, good thing your selling it. And... you'll never walk into a room again without noticing someone else's tile work and finding all the "off" things.

I just finished final piece of my kitchen remodel. All for selling it as well.
