A 2004 Lowe Roughneck 1652ss, 2 stroke Yamaha 40hp and a galvanized trailer.
Once a nice 2-man, stick steering fishing boat.

She sat for too long and the layout wasn't good for 3 boys.
The plan: Gut it, make it open utility and lighter.
-Deck the front for the boys.
-Change the stick steer to tiller, maybe add an extension.
-A grab bar for standing and to mount electronics.
-Couple of coolers and pads to sit on.
-Maybe a poling platform.
think panfish to mudboat, then polished.
A little fresh, a little salt.
Add some beavertail pods to increase carrying weight and allow her to run a little shallower.
If you’re expecting Joey kinda fabrication on this DIY, you should probably just move along now…I don’t have those skills.
