Shorty Hunt Teaser...
The setup was against a utility pole at a pinch point between cotton patch to the north and a johnson grass patch along a salt cedar creek bed.
The hogs had been hitting the cotton and stripping it from the bowls, my father-in-law is ready for some pork to be gone!
Well I got my pretty little tripod dirty!

What angel did you put on the legs from the base of the seat?
And what did you use for the GoPro mount..

The hog came out of the johnson grass patch from the south headed north, he made is way to the next utility pole to rub, I dint have a clear shot with the tall grass, but knew where he was headed.
He made his way into the cotton patch for an evening snack. I pulled the trigger on the TC muzzleloader and all I could see and hear was smoke and a resounding smack! He headed for the closest thicket he could find and piled up about 100 yards away, the 250 grain hornady with 2 pellets of triple seven shot through both shoulders breaking the offside leg.
I'm pretty happy with how the tripod performed, I was able carry it, my gun, and pack easily across the cotton patch into the thicket without much effort.
It was just tall enough to allow me to see into the 30 acre grass patch.
Thanks for coming along,

I'm not sure of the angle it is a trade-off between stability (wider) versus stiffness (narrower) I would say mine is about 30 degrees. The ring diameter and height is where you determine what is best when you are welding it up. The go pro mount is a ram ball mount secured to the bottom of the chair with a 12" riser to clear your legs.
