I think if I used a wax I would need a water based wax as I think the regular waxes are petroleum based and I'm afraid that might eat at the plastic.

Very nice, cornhole gets much better after dark! I am sure it was well worth the cost to build.

Watch this video and I think you'll change your mind I use this on water based polyurethane and it's phenomenal.

I don't guess I understand what your saying. I was referring using wax on the plexiglass sets, and that I was afraid the wax would "eat" at the plastic.

Maybe I'm just misunderstanding what your trying to say, but that stuff looks like a great product for wood boards.

knightime, the Polarshine polishing compound by Mirka isn't actually touching the wood it's polishing the polyurethane finish that covers the wood. I use this stuff on water-based polyurethane "Minwax Polycrylic" and the last set of boards I did came out like glass. I can't see it damaging plexi-glass if it's not damaging water based polyurethane. That is what I meant good luck!

So, how does that work during the day? Does the plexiglass show up ok in the sun?
