Materials cost on it was right around $600

What did you do to true the door up?

Where does the grease from the meat drain to?

The door was set true by laying it flat on the table in the opening it was going to sit in. I got it lined up evenly on all sides then tack welded it into place. Once that was done I added flat strap and hinges before cutting the tacks to allow it to open.

Cowpoke the grease can be drained via a 1 1/4" pipe on bottom with a cap on it.
