Haven't even fired it up but to run the wasps out. It's about to get to smoking time (lower temps). I gotta get back on it soon. Just way too dang many irons in the fire with work, hunting, a 3 year old and my yeti powder coating side line!

Just wondering, would it not help if you lined it with dura rock. Insulate, close the gaps and little or fire retardant.
