Don't quote me. Mine was about 57-59 per sq ft and a conventional home would probably run between 80-90 per sq ft (maybe cheaper). Now that's doing almost everything yourself. Now if I add on the 20x80 lean-to and the 35x40 shop then that brings my total to 64 per sq ft.

Dang. I might have to look into building one of these. I need to look at the cost of land as part of this. I thought it would be a little more. Where did you start looking when you did this? Is there a forum or website that walks you through the process? Where did you find your builder?
