Looking really good! It's gonna take stack of wood to get that big sucker smoking.

It will...the good thing is that this 3/8" baffle plate will hold heat for a long time I believe. I just put a piece of plate steel at and angle over my fire/coals in my UDS and it's holding heat waaaaay better that without it.
