Thanks guys. A lot of hard work but really enjoying living out here full-time.

Update on the house build:

House update. Wires and outlet boxes are done. Spray foam is done. AC/Heat/ducts are done. Most of the interior insulation / soundproofing is done. Plumbing is done. Outdoor utility sink has been delivered. Starlink satellite cable has been installed. Breaker box finished. And we purchased some plans for a bar and sent them to the builder. So far so good. Appliances picked up and purchased today. Can't wait to use my 36" commercial gas stove/range.
