Yes it is! Next I'm trenching some conduit to put a box with RV hookups and 110v about 200 feet away at the main camp area, and finishing making that area all nice. We are pulling out the yaupon root balls and making the front acre really nice so we can plant grass soon and make it like a lawn so adults and kids alike can walk around and play games in comfort
