Now that looks great. How much, and how long does it take for them to get used to it, generally ? We only get to hunt down there for a week at a time. Usually once a year. But would love to set this up, if it only takes a couple nights for them to get used to it. Any problem seeing sights with a peep ? More info. please.

These are a little bit high in cost but there is no better light on the market. I have 5 of them.

Great thread on a cheap and effective hog light.
Amazon and HarborFreight has this light for $32.
Are you able to see thru a scope from 100yards if something walks upto a feeder?
Anything you can do keep squirrels/coons from chewing away the wire?

My feeder and light are 145 yards from my stand. When the light comes on I can see my crosshairs in the scope and tell what is there.

I put my wires inside flex conduit.

That's a great idea. Do you have any problems with the exposed wire being chewed or even disconnected by raccoons/squirrels?

Some guys were using conduit to run wires.
