I've seen a few other designs of this, but decided to do one on my own and in my own way. I am trying to do a hay bale blind and know I prolly didn't do the smart thing by going with wood, but since I'm not a great welder it'll have to do. I made a base that is 8'x4'. I then took 20 ft if PVC and cut it according to what was about the right size. I did all three pieces of PVC the same length and added to 45 degree bends on both ends with a joint piece in the middle to join both ends and tacked the PVC to the base. I originally put 2 8 ft long pieces of emt pipe and tire wired them to the PVC to space them out. I them added the 2x4 support in the middle. I then took a sheet of ply wood and marked the pipe onto the sheet and cut it out with a jig saw. I only had 2 sheets of plywood. But I did get the door cut out on the right side today, and plan to put more plywood on tomorrow, along with the cow panelling and a tarp. I also need to Thompson water seal all the wood (accidentally got the wrong wood, this is due to my inexperience with carpentry). I do electrical, but haven't really been around carpentry too much. I'm just trying to do the best I can. Hopefully after tomorrow all I lack is to give it the hay look, and by the way, anyone have any idea on how I can give it that look? Anyways here's what I have accomplished. I'll try to keep everyone updated, but since I'm a college student, I only get to work on it on the weekends.

I just got done doing the panelling. All I really lack is putting the tarp and chicken wire on and the straw. I also need to figure out what I'm gonna do for doors and windows, but that will be opinionated between me and my step dad which isn't home yet. I would like to do 2 long windows on each side, but it's gonna take discussing. But anyways, I should have the tarp on shortly

Think about how to keep critters from crawling into it and then you have to deal with that.
