Finally found some door latches that I think will work nicely. They will be installed this morning. Not even finished but was offered $1000.00 for this fridge smoker two days ago. This one isn't for sale because the fridge was given to me by my grandpa and means too much to me but my next build, a commercial, double-door stainless steel, insulated and electric freezer smoker will be possibly trailer mounted, able to be raised into cooking position and lowered for travel will most likely be for sale...maybe.
