I see C clamps in the first few pics of the flat bar. Did you weld them up before or after you moved the ring into place?

The three joints were all welded up on the driveway, then the ring was moved with the help of my wife and kids plus two neighborhood kids. It moved pretty easy with 6 people on it. The clamp from the last weld was pulled off after moving.
