Work bench height????

Mine is 42", I'm 6', and I work standing up, or setting on a bar stool. Wish it was 44", hurts my neck/back to draw up designs on it.

stand up ans simulate the type of work you will do measure on wall how high your hands are. im 6'4 mine is 44.

I think the bench should come up to just below your elbow for a standing type work station and if you are sitting down then it depends on the height of your chair and how deep your work bench is. This is all arelative to the type of work you are doing as well but it is a good starting point.

Think it depends on what you are going to be doing, My craft table is 30", and my work bench is belly b. high
