Very nice project you got there Dale. The height of the stand will make it much easier on your back to cook that Cabbage. That burner should heat up a disk pretty fast and better distribute the heat. Let us know how it cooks.

My mom was a West Texas girl, Born in Channing and raised around the Panhandle, finally settling in Amarillo. She is the only one I've heard use the term "hootus" until Dale. We must be related....
