It really dont matter if you take it to the processor, you do not get your meat back anyway, you git somebody else's meat that they shot in san angelo and drove back to dallas with it in the hitch hauler gutted and no ice.

did you have to replace the freezer motor or anything, or do you just turn the temp in the fridge portion down as low as it goes? i thought the fridge part of most fridges did not turn down to freezing?

THey arent freezing refrigerating the meat to "Age it"

Great Idea, but you better have all the correct paper work for when the Game Warden comes around. Look in the Texas Hunting laws there is some paper work you have to fill out when you put your game in cold storage.
