Could you cut a hole to vent some of that freezer air in there. I like to get my deer chilled as soon as possible and usually process a week later. I don't really care about aging the meat. I like it as cold as possible without freezing. Interesting idea. Those walk in coolers, the air is usually blowing pretty hard.

At what temp would you set it at?

34 degrees. Since it is a refrigerator, as low as you can get it without freezing.

Got a deer in a fridge right now that I added a digital controller to. Set to 34 + or - 2 degrees. Working great!
