I have a relative that works for a large corporation in an executive management role. The crap he tells me goes on is mind numbing. Sad part is that no one buys into it. It gets pushed down on everyone by like 1 or 2 people.
And I see so many of my friends enduring that chit-show, and they're absolutely miserable. Well, most of them. Some just bow their head and grumble about their bills and what-not. Screw that, figure out how to be free.
