Remember all the push for corporations to create diversity and inclusion depts?

Here's what that's gonna look like.

As if I needed another reason to no longer shop at Home Depot.

Home Depot hammered for shaming employees about their ‘white privilege.’ This posted in breakrooms …
But it's still ok (encouraged) to single out, malign and attack straight, White, Christian heterosexuals... males in particular.

I’m pretty sure this was printed in Canada or Britain. The spelling of color is not American, they spell it “colour” every time they use it. But yes it’s ridiculous any company would even put this out there to indoctrinate employees.

The link does not work. Are you sure this isn't a hoax from the UK?

You could not pay me to work in Corporate America.

I have a relative that works for a large corporation in an executive management role. The crap he tells me goes on is mind numbing. Sad part is that no one buys into it. It gets pushed down on everyone by like 1 or 2 people.

I did it for 4.5 yrs and will was done...

You would not believe the crap that does go on.

I sat on calls with senior mgmt and all they were worried about was pandering to the lgqbtwhatever... we were getting yelled at by distributors who just needed product to sell and they would just get pushed aside. Mgmt could not figure out who paid the bills and at the end of the day they will lose to mfg who actually want to produce and sell product.

BTW... KraftHeinz is not fond of white males... just saying...

"Home Depot" began trending on social media Wednesday over an employee training pamphlet from a Canadian store that was leaked online.

One of our manufacturer reps came by last week for a sales call. Not sure how it got brought up, but he said for International women's day the corporate office wanted the male employees to us an app that turned their picture into a woman. Then post it online for everyone to see.

                              Here's what they've done previously:
