Everything I've been reading from the "experts" based on the merits of the case is that osha mandate will be struck down and that cms mandate will stand.
The SCOTUS believes that the President of the United States can order a group of Americans that do not work for the government, but in the private sector to take a vaccine because the government years ago created a medicaid/medicare program with those people’s very tax dollars and are now claiming since the companies they work for take those tax dollars that they can force them to take a medication against their consent to stay in their hard earned careers?
