The weekly testing thing is great other than the fact that there are no tests available. I haven't turned one in for 3 weeks and not a peep from my HR. It's over for me and I won.

10$ says this was intentional. Knowing that the unvaccinated will choose to test, create a test shortage so the unvaxxed can’t work when their job requires it.

These heads in DC need to get scared of the people who sent them there.

Marshman At this point the government does not have an accurate data base on who is or is not vaccinated. This is one way they are building it. By answering their question you will be enetered into the data base.. We recieved the same email. Ours even said that we would be entered into a data base.. Regardless of what they say, there is no accurate data base at this point. But they are trying.

So did you and your co-workers answer their questions? Or had any repercussions came to those that didn’t respond?

Our date is Feb 4 to declare. Said they would suspend if not done. However, they aren’t asking for proof…yet.

We received an email today that says to enter our status by Jan 18 to receive the incentive they are offering (lol such a joke they have to pay folks to get vaxxed). Otherwise, they are still suspending the mandate pending SC decision.

Some did and some did not. No repercussions yet.

                        Here's the actual ruling:

6-3 and don’t hold it breath but Kagan, Sotomayor and Breyer were in opposition.

Lots of rationale in the ruling (like always whether agree or not) but this is a quote that directly addresses the judges that were in opposition:

The dissent contends that OSHA’s mandate is comparable to a fire or sanitation regulation imposed by the agency. See post, at 7–9. But a vaccine mandate is strikingly unlike the workplace regulations that OSHA has typically imposed. A vaccination, after all, “cannot be undone at the end of the workday.”

I like, A vaccination cannot be undone at the end of the workday….

                            Also:

Although Congress has indisputably given OSHA the power to regulate occupational dangers, it has not given that agency the power to regulate public health more broadly. Requiring the vaccination of 84 million Americans, selected simply because they work for employers with more than 100 employees, certainly falls in the latter category

The applications for stays presented to JUSTICE KAVANAUGH and by him referred to the Court are granted.

                            .

Yep, it seems pretty clear that the 6 conservative/"conservative" Justices are pretty firmly against the OSHA mandate.

I find it somewhat comical the claimed rationale of some people to further an agenda.

Like, they require fire extinguishers and sprinklers in the workplace so that is the same as a vaccine.

                                Uhhhh……. No!
