Can you please explain how this is vandalism by Penal Code definition. There is no monetary loss from putting a sticker and a piece of plastic wrap. Now hilarious-yes. Offend a Karen- yes. But meet the criminal elements of Criminal Mischief - nope.

You weren’t talking to me, but I’ll offer my view. In your scenario, I’d have the opportunity to whip your ***, and cram that sticker up your….nose. Or you, mine. Either way there would be a little accountability for us both, and probably some dealt down from the law.

While I do acknowledge the hypocrisy in putting stickers on someone else’s property, the *******s that the stickers are intended to “protest” have committed treason, fraud, pedophelia, murder, and theft upon the American populace without so much as a shred of accountability. They 100% stole an election to promote all of the things listed above….and no one is doing a **** thing about it. They’re lucky it’s just stickers, and it won’t be forever.

Trump Supporters got labeled/still are labeled racists and cult members. So, putting some stickers on some gas pumps and making fun of PedoJoe should be expected. The precedent was set from 2016-2020. Don't get all sour grapes on us when the same behavior is returned. Everyone is tired of being treated like trash by the left and the right being expected to just turn the other cheek when the pendulum swings the other way.

Texas law requires a monetary loss for criminal mischief (vandalism) or a substantial inconvenience to the owner.

I don’t see how there is any monetary loss on a piece of plastic wrap that costs about two cents and it’s designed to be torn off and thrown away in order to use the product inside. it would be the equivalent of taking a magic marker and drawing a line on a Walmart bag. There is nothing to pay for to replace it as it is not damaged.

Placing a sticker on someone’s vehicle would be a substantial inconvenience even if it did not cause damage. You would have to take your time to go get the sticker off and clean it sufficiently so as not to cause future damage. In that case it would be a class C misdemeanor or the equivalent of a traffic citation.

I would never put any kind of sticker on another persons vehicle.

I think the key word you are missing here is "permanent". A sticker is very rarely permanent, they can be pretty easily removed.

Bingo. I don't care if it is right or wrong, the left DESERVES anything and everything they get for how they acted the previous 4 years including the "summer of love". PERIOD. If they support RACIST JOE, they can burn in hell right along with Joe himself.

There are a lot of folks here who I promise you do not fit into those blanket statements. I guess I still can not understand the rush to try to discredit someone by name calling and childish responses versus an intellectual debate but maybe I’m the odd one out.

When dealing with liberals, on has to remember, these people do not deal in reality, or even recognize it. As someone said on here before "you can't reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into".
