As said above he listened to his constituents - Biden lost W. Va. by about 40 points. Still, quite brave of him to stand up to the browbeating he has taken from his party and the White House. I am very relived - this bill is the very definition of “transformational progressivism” that would have led us further down - in Hayek’s words - “The Road to Serfdom”
