          That is just the wiki page. The Army's official position is that Yehiya K. Hamoodi did plot to kill US soldiers with the enemy. It is just the way West went about it that was the problem. It actually wasnt a problem to the entire 4ID command until much later complaints about 4ID's harsh command tactics were investigated.

              But he ran as an independent,

              Abbott and West will both be on the Republican ticket in the primary and I don’t think one is going to run as an independent in the general election if he loses in the primary, if he even can by Texas law.
