About 10 years ago I was drinking close to 2 gallons a day. Was driving home from work one day and felt drunk (no alcohol consumed). Bad electrolyte imbalance from all the water. It can happen and kills people every year.

I am not sure what the right answer is on how much water and when. During the summer working outside we all drank more than a gallon.
You would be surprised.

What is the right amount is where I was going.
